Swahili translation: Kwa majina naitwa Edward kuyan,na hii miti inaitwa Emangulai ni dawa nzuri sana inasaidia viungo….ukisikia viungo vyote inauma unakunywa ukisikia uko na shida ya makojoo(maybe ya makojoo)inakufuata,Ukikunywa hiyo dawa ina kuosha ukitoa makojoo inabadilisha rangi inakuwa nyeupe,inakuwa mizizi ndio unakunywa,unachimba na kunywa mizizi.


English translation: My name is Edward Kuyan, and this tree is called Emangulai. It is a very good medicine which helps the organs. If you sense that the organs ache, drink it. If you sense you have a problem with urination, it will help you. The roots that you drink are white, you should dig and drink these roots.
